Preferential allocation
  • Do you have a favourite room?
  • When you book with Club Servatur, we give you preference in the allocation of your room, depending on the room type booked* and availability on the day of your arrival. All you need to do is indicate your preferences in the booking comments.
  • In addition, for stays of 7 nights or more, if your favourite room is not available on the day of arrival, we offer you a **free change to another similar room, within the same room type booked, as soon as it becomes available.
  • *Please thoroughly check the characteristics of the room before booking and contact us if you have any questions.
  • **To be eligible for the free change, the request must be made prior to arrival. Remember to indicate your preferences in the booking comments or by e-mail, if your booking is already confirmed.
